Telephone Support Contracts
Plus' Annual Telephone Support (TSP) Contracts have been designed in order to ensure you receive all the benefits of our Telephone support department in a way that is most important to you.
TSP Contracts are only offered to clients who are currently running supported versions of Sage Accpac ERP or Sage CRM. Plus highly recommends that all clients sign up for an annual support contract, especially those that are utilizing the payroll module in order to ensure they receive help when they need it!
Plus Accpac Telephone Support Contracts (TSP) are a tier level contract and are priced as follows, for a complete listing of what is included per tier and for a complete listing of terms and conditions please see the attached contract.
Please Note: Technical Support Contracts or Renewals are only offered to clients using currently supported versions of their software.
