Plus Maintains Top 10 NPS Score in North America


Plus is happy to announce that we have maintained our status as one of the Top 10 Business Partners in North America with Sage based on the Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

Net Promoter® is both a loyalty metric and a discipline for using customer feedback to fuel profitable growth in your business. Your Net Promoter Score (NPS) is calculated by subtracting the percentage of clients who are Detractors from the percentage of Evangelists.
