How it Works!
The following survey is based on the Net Promoter Scores (NPS) which is a customer loyalty metric and is based on the idea of Promoters and Detractors. Based on your responses to the below questions you are categorized into one of three groups: Promoters (9-10 Rating), Passives (7-8 Rating), Detractors (0-6 Rating). Then the percentage of detractors is subtracted from the number of promoters in order to obtain an official Net Promoter Score, the below diagram outlines the Net Promoter Score groupings.
