Marketing Assistant

What we require: 

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Time management skills
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer
  • Knowledge of Sage CRM an asset
  • Telemarketing Experience is an asset (Some Cold Calling required)
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • A positive, energetic personality & a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to each & every caller

Duties include;

  • Telemarketing calls to leads/prospects (Scripts & Call lists will be provided)
  • Qualifying Leads
  • Follow up calls to existing customers (Customer Satisfaction Surveys)
  • Maintenance of database with up to date information (confirming names/addresses etc)
  • Assist in develoipment of promo strategies & product/service development
  • Validate & Fill requests from clients & potential clients for marketing information
  • Assistance with all other marketing activities as directed by marketing coordinator

Our success has dictated the hiring of an additional consultant to implement our flagship products, Sage Accpac ERP and Sage CRM, an end-to-end accounting and business management solution from the industry leader in mid-market business software solutions.

This is an important position and the right person will be integral in the future growth and success of the company. The job requirements include software installation, configuration, training, post implementation support, project management, data conversion and report writing. Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent industry experience

A working knowledge of accounting and/or customer relationship management systems and experience implementing information technology services to SMB enterprises required.
