How to show a message within SageCRM when a customer is ON HOLD within Sage ERP Accpac...

Scenario:

When a sales person logs into SageCRM they need to know when a customer is ON Hold

within the Accounting System. NOT allowed to save any updates to this record within SageCRM”.
